The Checklist for Inclusive Events and Meetings has been created to help make events and meetings more inclusive.
This comprehensive checklist is designed to provide an overview of considerations and prompts for common activities required to make events and meetings inclusive. Some of the areas included are; selecting the right location and venue, what to look for in platforms for online events and meetings, communications and promotions, invitations, set up of the room, technology and audio-visual requirements, information for speakers and presentations and refreshment and dietary arrangements.
This practical resource has been co-produced and will be periodically updated as we gather feedback and contributions from users of the resource and people at the edges of inclusion.
