Inclusive design enables staff in any role to create a world that actively promotes and produces inclusive products, services and policies. CfID offers a range of workshops in different areas to enhance the possibility of creation.

CfID workshops teach practical knowledge about creating accessible documents in PDFs, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Our accessibility experts teach your team how to build accessibility into their documents so that you can do this in-house. This workshop can be delivered online or in person.
Inclusive Design series
A series of three workshops designed to give your staff the inside edge on Inclusive Design theory and practice. The workshops range from an initial conversation-based workshop to a practical implementation session on a real-life business problem.
Website accessibility training
Our website accessibility training empowers your staff with an understanding of accessibility with a full day training covering advice for content creators, designers, and developers across the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). This workshop can be delivered online or in person.
Edge user experience workshop
A workshop designed to better equip your team with the information they need to work with and test with edge users. Taking users through a series of exercises and giving them a real interaction with an edge user in a testing scenario.
